OUR TEAM
Kay Monteleone, our Production Manager, has been the glue that keeps our team together since 2006. She creates the master schedule that keeps everything running on time. She also writes quotes, handles customer service and is our go-to problem solver. Her free time is usually spent mountain biking, wind surfing or playing with her “kid” Buddy, a Golden Retriever.
Jesse Herrera has been with PowderCoat Services for more than 25 years. He manages a team of eight in the shipping and receiving department and is in charge of the coordination and processing of all incoming and outgoing orders. Apart from his work as a Los Angeles turn-key powder coating solutions specialist he collects watches and knives and saves his weekends for NASCAR and BBQs with his family.
John Funke is the Quality and Process Control Manager at PCS. His duties include maintaining the ISO Quality Management System, providing customer and vendor support, initiating Corrective Actions, and driving continuous improvement. Since joining the team in June 2016, he has worked on improving our powder coating process controls. John brings 20 years of quality experience to PCS including strengths in QMS, MRB review and disposition, Corrective Action, Mechanical Inspection and Testing, Calibration, Supplier Quality, Warranty Metrics, Analysis, and Reduction, and PPAP Activities. In his free time, John enjoys boating, wakeboarding, golfing, camping, or any other activities he can spend outdoors with his friends and family.
Tracy Abouzeid is responsible for accounts receivable, client relations, and general office organization. She has been in customer service for more than 20 years. Tracy is a recognized classical musician and in her free time enjoys teaching Sunday school, sewing, and watching movies.
