One of the most important stages of powder coating is properly preparing the parts by removing any residues such as oil, grease, dust, and rust. We use an iron phosphate wash pre-treatment to ensure that your surfaces are prepared for powder coating properly.

EPD is a process that provides a superior coating for manufacturing parts. This unique process called Electrophoretic Deposition (EPD) applies a smooth, even coating in a precise thickness to cover the entire surface of a product.

PCS has been providing industry-leading powder coating services for over 40 years. Our four state of the art production lines are equipped with overhead conveyors, in-line power washers, and an on-site testing lab which includes salt spray testing.
